Meet the Doctor

Dr. Acquinonette N. Bryant is a native of Havana Florida. She is a 1995 graduate of Florida A&M University. Dr. Bryant completed her medical training at the University of Florida College of Medicine in 2001. She completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Duke University, in Durham North Carolina in 2005. While at Duke she was awarded multiple resident teaching awards and was recognized for research in Pre-term birth both by the Department of OB/GYN and The Society of Maternal-Fetal Medicine. She is Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and an active fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecologist.

Post Residency, Dr. Bryant was awarded a Personal Services agreement with the Dept of Defense. This afforded Dr. Bryant an opportunity to work as a civilian member of the United States Army's Medical Service. In this capacity, Dr. Bryant has served as a staff attending physician with the Madigan Army OB/GYN Residency Training program, served as a staff preceptor in OB/Gyn for the University of Washington medical students and work under the direction of the Chief Consultant to the Army Surgeon General for Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Dr. Bryant is honored to return to home to Tallahassee to serve the women of the Big bend area.
