Office Hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday.
We offer convenience appointments which are designed to accommodate a busy women's schedule. Please call us for details for our extended hours and weekend appointments.
Insurance
Jasmine Women's Center, Obstetrics and Gynecology works closely with our patients and a broad range of insurance carriers to facilitate the reimbursement process. We will file insurance claims for you if required by your insurance plan. For private pay patients, we require that you pay for your services at the time of your visit unless other arrangements have been made. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and other major credit cards.
We participate with many different PPO and HMO plans. If you are not sure about our provider status with your insurance company, please check with your insurance company or with our business office.
